The 4 Day Outdoor Adventure in Cities of Ireland and the North
Jump off the cliffs in Portrush and hike the Giant’s Causeway before a visit to the Titanic Museum. Treat yourself to the culinary treats and the Irish isles has to offer before touring Dublin by Kayak. Ease those aches and clear your mind with restorative yoga. Travel through Dublin’s famous Phoenix Park and spot some Deers while admiring flora and fauna that will light up your eyes. All accompanied by Irish music and laughter.

Day 1 – Dublin – Phoenix Park – Cycling
Meet at the entrance to Phoenix park to get bikes and then peddle Phoenix park exploring with a guide. This park is twice the size of New York’s central park. It has 14km of cycle paths, historic features and protected wildlife. You will also venture outside the park to other city sights that are a must-see.
Optional for Experienced cyclists – Wicklow Mountains.
Lunch at the Phoenix Café with sustainability is at its core sourcing local fish and meats from local suppliers using organic eggs and free-range chicken.
Visit the whiskey tasting room and Irish dancing at The Temple Bar. Know the difference between a single malt and a grain whiskey and pair with cheese, chocolates and seafood.
Day 2 – Giants Causeway – Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge – Hiking
A scenic bus journey to Carrick a Rede rope bridge – Cross the bridge and look down at the green waters and caves, if you dare!
Start hiking (around 4 hours) along the coast to the earthly geographical wonder of the Giants Causeway with cove after cove of sheer cliffs with endless coastal flowers through spring and summer. This walk is full of history, heritage, geology and biology – there are tales of lost Spanish gold with 360° views of the unusual rock timeless wonder.
Additional: Visit and experience Game Of Thrones locations.
Take a short bus trip to Belfast and check into your hotel.
Finish with restorative yoga which allows you to practice when energy is low and release those aches and pains.

- Explore the grounds of Belfast City Hall.
- Head for a fancy feed at the Cabaret Supperclub followed a cocktail at Belfast’s highest rooftop bar the “Perch”.
Day 3 – Belfast – Titanic Museum – Portrush cliffs – Coasteering
Start the day with a historic tour of the world’s famed tanker at the Titanic Museum. Titanic Belfast extends over nine interactive galleries, with multiple dimensions to the exhibition, drawing together special effects, dark rides, full-scale reconstructions and innovative interactive features.
Lunch at the Drawing Office Two Bar in the Titanic hotel. Here is where most of the world’s ocean liners were painstakingly designed including the RMS Titanic.
Wild Atlantic Learning Interesting Fact: The floor tiles on the ground floor of the Titanic hotel were identical to those used in Titanic’s First Class smoking room.
Time to experience the ultimate rush, coasteering combines cliff jumping, bouldering, climbing, swimming through waves and using the rugged coastline as an adventure playground with some of the most experienced guides through causeway coasteering.

Day 4 – Dublin – River Liffey – Kayaking
Try your hand at Kayaking on the Liffey taking in more of Dublin’s sights. You will listen to some of Dublin’s greatest musicians under Dublin’s most iconic bridges which fantastic acoustics as you paddle past some of Dublin’s well-known landmarks. We can custom make the trip to suit you best.
Finish your day with Restorative Yoga to help ease the body and soul of the day’s adventure.
